The club is covered by two insurance programs, one provided by the FFV and one provided by the University. 

University of Melbourne Claim Procedure

1. Obtain a signed letter from the club president authorizing you to make a claim.
2. Submit incident report along with receipts to Risk Managment Office at the University of Melbourne.
