What to do

Registration for the club consists of three phases.  Phases 1 and 2 have to be completed before the actual registration night, while phase 3 is compeleted on the registration night.

Registration night attendance is compulsory, if you cannot attend please speak to the club registrations officer BEFORE registration night.

Phase 1

This involves downloading the following document (download) and following the step-by-step guide in order to complete your online Player Self-Registration.  We have made the guide as simple as possible for you - if you follow the exact steps, then you should have completed Phase 1 which will result in you being sent a "Registration Invoice" to your nominated email account.

Please note if during phase 1 registration, the registration process states that you need to obtain an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) please follow the instructions on this page to start the process.  Until you obtain an ITC you will not be cleared to play for the club.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is the process of paying your registration fees.  The club only accepts Electronic Funds Transfer for registration fees.

Phase 2 must be completed 2 business days before registration night.

The fees for 2011 will be as follows:

Eligible Melb Uni Student:                     $325
Eligible Non-Melb Uni Student:             $400
Non-Student:                                       $445

Please note that the fees are inclusive of fund-raising chocolates which can be resold to recoup $50 of the fees.

If you anticipate having difficulties with payment, please speak to Peter Ross or Jeffrey Li (Club Treasurer) to discuss your options.

Phase 3

This will occur on Registration Night and involves
  • the signing of the Melbourne Uni Sport membership form
  • collection of fund-raising chocolates for you to sell (value $50)
  • collection of a pair of MUSC socks
  • new players are required to purchase FFV approved black shorts from the club, cost $20
  • optional purchase of supporters club
Please bring cash if you wish to purchase shorts and/or supporters club memberships on registration night.

Please note that by registering to play football at MUSC you agree to abide by MUSC's and FFV's/FFA's Code of Conduct and any fines, fees or sanctions imposed by any or all organisations must be paid/served.
