Registration Fees
Due to the outstanding work by the MUSC Committee in recent years, members have enjoyed no increase to membership fees over the past 2 years. However, given rising administration costs the Committee is pleased to announce that the figures below represent only a slight increase for the 2010 Season.
As in 2009, each player will be required to participate in club fund-raising activities throughout the year which are designed to ensure that club operating
costs and player membership fees are kept as low as possible. Each member will be given the opportunity to obtain confectionery from the club in order to subsequently sell and thus recoup funds spent on their membership. Each player will also receive a new pair of socks.
The night will be conducted in an orderly manner. You will move from table to table as you partake in the various stages of the Club Registration Process. You will be given an opportunity to purchase black "Covo" shorts (approx $25) which are necessary for match days and extra sets of socks (approx $10) should you require them as well as a Supporters Club Membership which will entitle you to special benefits and offers on match days at The Dan O'Connell Hotel (club sponsor), and discounts to club events such as FA Cup, Trivia and Presentation Nights. You will also be given an opportunity to place an order for MUSC apparel/merchandise.
The fees for 2010 will be as follows:
Eligible Melb UniStudent: $300
Eligible Non-Melb UniStudent: $375
Non-Student: $420
Membership Fees for all players selected in the above squads are due at this time. No player will be eligible for selection or allowed to train in these squads from this date onwards if their fees are outstanding. Please contact Andrew Kotsos (Club Registration Officer) before this date if you cannot attend the Registration Night. If you anticipate having difficulties with payment, please speak to Andrew Kotsos or Neil Doherty (Club Treasurer) to discuss your options. If you prefer to pay your registration fees via online transfer then you must contact Neil Doherty directly (0400 026 569, neildoco@hotmail.com, nmdoherty@gmail.com) to obtain the MUSC account number and details. Payment must bemade prior to the club registration night and attendance is still compulsory.
Please note that by registering to play football at MUSC you agree to abide by MUSC's and FFV's/FFA's Code of Conduct and any fines, fees or sanctions imposed by any or all organisations must be paid/served.
