Click more for the side This Sunday’s game is against Mitchell Rangers. South Yarra who
we should have beaten thrashed them 9-1 and despite our best efforts even we
haven’t conceded nine goals, so anything less than a win and you’ll all be left
to catch the train home. I'll try not to concede a goal in the first minute this week aswell.
The game is in broadford. Fucking miles away from Melbourne. Kick off is at 11am. You need to be there in the rooms by 10:30. Broadford oval is here: http://maps.google.com.au/
To get to Broadford take either Sydney rd or the Tullamarine fwy and Western ring rd to the Hume Fwy. Take the bypass just after Fawkner or you’ll have to go through Craigieburn, and no one wants that.
Selection was really tough this week. Everyone’s training well and making it hard for us. We are picking what we think is our strongest side each week but also rewarding effort at training and match day as well as performance. No one is an automatic selection so keep training and putting in. The squad for Sunday is: Nik Leigh Jonathan Jake Tallis Alif Chris Shanneel Andy Steve Jean Moe Mark and making his first appearance in the orange or white or blue or whatever we’re wearing this week Rudi! Sincere apologies to those who missed out. Next week is a friendly vs Spartans FC and everyone who missed out this week will start next week. If you catch a lift chip in some cash for petrol as it’s a decent drive.
