Sign Up to All Gender Games ’24!
All Gender Games is a free 5-week social soccer event catering to queer/trans/gender diverse folks who are looking to play soccer and connect with community. We run in an experimental format that caters to different abilities to emphasise fun and participation instead of competition. The soccer event is run by QTBIPOC volunteers at Melbourne University Soccer Club to be a safer space for LGBTQIA+ folks to reap the benefits of physical activity. AGG seeks to redefine traditional sporting formats because everyone belongs in sports!
What will AGG be like?
Upon arrival, you will get a sticker for your name & pronouns and then, be assigned a team for the day. We have gender-neutral change rooms and bathrooms at your disposal.
On the pitch, AGG will kick off with icebreaker activities before going into 7-aside(ish) matches. There will be regular substitutions and you are not obliged to play full halves.
After the game, we meet at the club pavilion for a catered meal where you can chat and hang out with other players!
